  1. Multi-Vendor Platform Tatheer Megamart allows multiple vendors to sell their products through our platform. We provide a marketplace for vendors to list their products and for customers to purchase these products.

    • Hajj and Umrah items
    • General Merchandise

User Responsibilities

  1. Account Registration To access certain features of our Site, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password.
  2. Prohibited Activities Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Orders and Payments

  1. Order Acceptance All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by the respective vendor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

  3. Pricing Prices for products are determined by the vendors and are listed on the product pages. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Delivery Locations We currently offer delivery services within Lahore, Pakistan. Delivery to other locations may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Return Policy Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Certain products may be non-returnable; these will be clearly marked on the product page.
  2. Refund Process Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected by the vendor. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Vendor Responsibilities

  1. Product Listings Vendors are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for their product listings. This includes product descriptions, pricing, and images.
  2. Order Fulfillment Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely and accurate manner. This includes packaging and shipping the products to the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Tatheer Megamart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Site or Services.

Governing Law

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
